A chatbot is a software program that simulates a real and human conversation with a person. However, they are not easy to build and probably we have all come across chatbots that do not deliver a human-like experience. 

GeneXus has a chatbot generator since version 16, but with GeneXus 18 you can take the experience to the next level. In this Deep Dive session, we introduce all the UX and UI advances brought by this version, and present the Dynamic Scripted Chatbot, a new feature that allows you to generate more dynamism when modeling Scripted Chatbots.
