Chatbots with GeneXus 17
One of the pillars of GeneXus 17 is “multi-experience” and we know that chatbots are a very novel way to improve the experience of our users. On this occasion, we will see how we can model these conversational interfaces using GeneXus, creating both chatbots based on natural language processing and scripted chatbots, and integrating them into different channels, such as WhatsApp or even an existing application.
