Update to GeneXus from version Evolution 1 to Evolution 2

Development scenario of GeneXus applications for Smart Devices

The challenge is to develop a simplified application for a real estate office including an internal section (backend) for the company’s employees, and a public area (front-end) for end users. Back-end and front-end may have a web part and another part for smart devices.

With GeneXus we program the application in both the smart device platform selected, and in the web platform selected, without the need to be familiar with the specific languages and platform. All we need is to be able to handle GeneXus.

This is ideal for those at the beginner’s level, approaching GeneXus for the first time. Experienced users of GeneXus may go through the introduction and move on directly to the second part, or even the third part.

(Demo) As we get to work, we create a knowledge base with Ruby Web prototype. For this, we use semantic domains (Address, Image) in the Property transaction. We thus make a reference to the issue of prototyping in the cloud, which is dealt with again in Part 2.
