When you press F5, a window appears saying that the trial version has expired.



Solution:

The trial version of GeneXus 18 is valid for 60 days. To request your extension, you must follow the link that appears in said window and complete the application form.

• If this is the first time the extension is requested, once the form is completed the renewal is automatic.


• If it is not the first time that the extension is requested, when completing the form, the renewal must be authorized.
